DO NOT BUY review by Cindy on 4/16/2012I'm a wedding planner and use my radios for all my events. I already have a couple of the Motorola RLN6423 Swivel Earpiece with PTT, but just wanted to see if this boom mic would be louder/better. It is NOT. It's extremely uncomfortable on the ear and always falls off. Maybe this might be better for larger ears, but even then, the clarity isn't so good, either. Now I need to buy another earpiece for my 3rd radio, and will NOT be getting this one. Will go back to the Motorola RLN6423 Swivel Earpiece with PTT.
