We generally will ship your order within 1-2 business days. After your order
ships, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your order has
shipped. This email will contain your order tracking information.
After your order is shipped, the amount of time it will take to arrive depends
upon the shipping carrier, and the shipping method that you selected. Ground
shipping depends upon your location, and usually takes between 3-7 business
days.
We send our customers emails with tracking information at the time the order is
boxed. Our shipping carriers usually do not begin processing the packages until
later in the evening. In most cases, tracking numbers do not work until the
carrier begins processing the package.

will notify you of this via email. You will have the option to receive a full
refund, or we will backorder your product and ship it as soon as it arrives.
