Your video could be much more comprehensive; it's quite vague, to put it mildly! You mention the buttons on the side of the set but fail to explain their function. No basic operation explanation–––nothing of the 2 knobs atop the set. You make no mention of the antenna's replacement ability. I had 3 Motorola FR50s with terrible, easily-broken antennas. There are many other characteristics of which you should speak regarding this radio set.
Hi Richard, The video was created 9 years ago when the radio first came out and, as mentioned at the beginning of the video, was intended to be just an introductory unboxing and general overview of the radio, not an in-depth operating tutorial. As mentioned early in the video, the radio was so new, a manual was not included in the box, so we were limited to presenting just a brief introduction. This is an on-site business radio, not intended for consumer use, so the functionality will vary somewhat depending on how the customer wants it configured from the dealer. The side buttons are programmable keys that can be assigned by the dealer to specific functions, which will vary depending on what the customer needs. Also, the antenna is not removeable, which is why its removeability wasn't mentioned and why it was already attached to the radio out of the box. We appreciate the feedback!
