The Cobra microTALK CXT225 is a compact and easy to use FRS/GMRS radio with a maximum range of up to 20 miles (typically less than a mile in urban conditions). The CXT225 has 22 GMRS/FRS channels and 121 privacy codes.

CXT275, not this model 225, but same? review by Dan on 3/16/2012bought the Motorola MR350 as an upgrade, a little bigger,but seems better and has headphone/mic/PTT on aux jack.

The units only talk in one direction, the other will not communicate back. I just tried to use the units this week.
