The Midland TH4 throat mic is part of Midland's advanced tactical series. The TH4 is very rugged and works with Midland FRS/GMRS models including most GXT and LXT series radios. The TH4 has a heavy duty throat mic with a clear earpiece and a large Push-To-Talk (PTT) switch. The throat mic uses dual voice sensors allowing you to whisper and still have clear voice transmission while blocking out background noise.
