  1. Great Coax review by KMRRA on 6/8/2018

I have read many reviews on RG8X and everyone has a difference in opinion, some say no ,some say dont use it on 2m or 70 cm. I have used RG8 X for everything for over 20 years, with out a problem on any band, I just erected my new 60 ft tower and my runs are about 125 ft with coax switches at the tower, still no problems. I have just ordered another 500 ft roll , its my go to coax . I run an Icom 7300 wiith a Ameritron AL80B, I have no RF problems at all. Read all the reviews you want but you will come up with a thousand diffrent opinions.

  2. Ok review by Josh on 9/14/2015

Great coax for the price but the shipment I received had a light coating of oil on it. In all my years I have never had oil coated coax. I am guessing the oil coating came from the factory from maybe a machine of some sort. Makes it hard to work with.
