The HM200-KW1 headset from XLT Communications was designed specifically to be used with helmets on vehicles, such as motorcycles, bikes or four wheelers. Two small, padded speakers mount inside the helmet along with a boom mic. A push-to-talk button is designed to be mounted on a handlebar grip for easy access.

Disappointed with connections. review by Don on 2/6/2015Purchased this for two way communication on the dirtbikes. More or less for another rider to put in their helmet when riding with me. Well, the 5 pin connectors are fragile and the clocking tabs for the male/female connections are difficult at best to find. Not meant for this type of environment, but I do believe if you are on street bike and not getting on and off these would be great. Phono plugs would be far better on connections.

I used this headset to outfit my paragliding helmet so I don't have to use a mic. The ptt button can be mounted on the helmet and actuated with my thumb for more convenience, rather than having a cord running down my arm and having a finger tied up. The best part is the quick disconnect.
