Holiday Shipping Schedule

The holiday season is now upon us and customer satisfaction is still our top priority! We are working overtime to process your orders and respond to your emails in a timely fashion. One of the most frequent requests we have received recently is "Will my order arrive before Christmas?" We have prepared this page to let you know when to expect your package to arrive.

When will my order ship?

If you place your order before 6:00PM EST, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 6:00PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Ground and International Orders

We can not guarantee that all ground or international orders shipped from this point forward will arrive before Christmas. Ground deliveries usually take between 3-5 business days for delivery, but could take longer due to the holidays. If your package must arrive before Christmas, DO NOT SHIP GROUND! Refer to this map for an approximate time in transit for UPS ground shipments. International orders can take 24 hours for processing before they ship, and usually another 3-5 days before they are delivered. This also is just an estimate and may be delayed because of the holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to the chart below for when to expect your order.

NOTE: UPS will be closed and not be delivering or picking up packages on Friday 12/25 or Friday, 1/1. On Thursday 12/31, UPS will only be delivering Overnight and 2 Day packages.
