The RocketScience Agent-M1-CO is a very stable earpiece with an around-the-ear "D" loop to hold the earpiece in place. The earpiece rests against the outside of the ear, which makes the Agent less intrusive than some other styles. This make the Agent a great choice when several people will be sharing an earpiece.
