The Baofeng UV-B6 is a multi-functional dual band UHF/VHF Amateur handheld two way radio that's also budget friendly. With 99 channel capacity and up to 10 hours of battery life, the UV-B6 is a good option for hams who want a more solid, durable HT at a very low cost.
The UV-B6 offers 99 programmable channels with priority channel scanning, dual watch and 1750 Hz call tone. Other features include UHF/VHF Dual Standby, Ani code, DTMF code, and CTCSS manual input. The UV-B6 also features a Dual display switch, VFO/Channel Mode switch, built-in 65-108Mhz FM radio, built-in VOX (Voice Operated Transmit) for hands-free operation and a high illumination flashlight.
The Baofeng UV B6 has up to 5W of power and is powered by 2000mAh Li-Ion battery pack for up to 10 hours (approx.) of operation. A battery save feature helps conserve power until it is needed.
The Baofeng UV-B6 comes with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack, belt clip, removable antenna, drop-in battery charger, AC adapter, wrist strap, owner's manual and a two year manufacturer warranty from Baofeng.

Fantastic Radio
The Baofeng B-6 is simply a fantastic, solid, well performing radio. I've been in the radio field of endeavors and an amateur radio operator for better than a half century and this radio is truly awesome. I recommend it with a full 5 stars! Also if you are buying from "Buy Two Way Radios dot Com you are dealing with professionals who have been in the radio business for many years selling professional radio equipment.
