Hi,
I have a new Kenwood TK-3400U4P that has a blinking green LED and "All Reset " does not seem work. The radio will not communicate with our others. I do not know what exactly was pushed but I was kind of laying on it while working under a machine. Can you help?
Hi Clint, if you could provide us with an e-mail or number with which we can contact you we would be happy to assist you regarding the headset. You can also call us at 1-800-584-1445 weekdays from 8 AM to 6PM ET.
As for communicating with the other radios, it depends what type of radios they are and what frequencies they are using. The GXT1050 is an FRS/GMRS radio. If the "in-dash" radios are CB or mobile radios on business frequencies you will not pick up their transmissions as your radio is pre-programmed for FRS/GMRS frequencies only. We would need more information about the other radios to determine what the issue is.
i recently purchased the GXT1050VP4 radio set, i just got off the chat line with rob,i have to have an over the head set to be able to use these radio's. rob suggested the behind the neck mic/ear. the only problem i have with this, is that i am deaf in my left ear, and i can't see anyway invert this set so i will work for me. i hate to ask but, is there an off brand that might work with my radio's?, i also can't seem to pick up my other friends while there on there radio's, some of them have in-dash radio's, will that make a difference? thank you for any help you can send my way, clint..........
