The GXT1000 is pre-programmed and should work right out of the box. There are many video reviews and tutorials available online. The GXT1000 operates on FRS and GMRS frequencies and is hard programmed for those frequencies only. It is not user programmable and cannot be programmed for ham radio frequencies.

I can't seem to get these GXT 1000 Wish there was a book or veto
on how to work these pupplys. I have the manual but if the radio don't d othing than manual isno good. Also can I put ham radio in these GXT100?
