Is there a Bluetooth adapter that will let me use my Samsung earbuds with the device.

Hi Andrew, the Motorola Business Radio Bluetooth Pod that allows you to use Motorola wired earpieces with the CLP1060. Unfortunately, there are no third party bluetooth adapters that I am aware of that will interface third party audio devices with the radio, as Motorola prefers compatibility to remain proprietary to their own products and accessories.

I agree with the above comment about hearing aids. There should be a Bluetooth option. FyI mine only cost me $5400 a pair. But if I take the right aid out the earpiece works but then I talk louder & can't hear the customer as well. The temple induction device doesn't work for me & gives me a headache.

When I push PTT, I hear 3 beeps? It won't let me talk. What is that and how do I turn it off? I get the roger chirps then after that it does three beeps and won't let me speak?

    Thank you.

Three beeps typically indicates the radio is out of range of other DLR radios using the same channel or profile ID. If the radios are set to the same channel, they may be programmed with different profile IDs.

WalMart typically uses license-free MURS radios. The Motorola DLR1060 is a 900MHz radio, so it will not communicate on VHF MURS frequencies. The DLR radios are not programmed in the same way typical analog radios are programmed and configured. To explain it very simply, they are pre-programmed to specific frequencies on the 900MHz band and use FHSS algorithms that are only compatible with other DLR and DTR series radios. As explained in the video, if a particular store is using DLR or DTR series 900 MHz radios, They will need to be programed to the same profile ID and configuration as the other radios used in the store. There are 9999 possible profile IDs and the store could be using any of them. You will need to contact the store using these radios to obtain that information.

I work for a grocery store as a receiver...all department managers just recently were issued a DLR1020 two way radio.

I wear Oticon hearing aids....is it possible to link via blue tooth to hearing aids?

The hearing piece interfers with the hearing aid. I lost my hearing aid today. The hearing aid pair cost me $8,800.00.
Thankfully, one of my vendors found the hearing aid that fell off my ear. They are so light and not to mention wearing a mask.
The mask loop, the hearing aid ear piece and and hearing aid are a bit too much on my ear and I pick lots of boxes too.
Please let me know if there is a better way.
    Thank you,
    Alda G Detrick
