I had the same problem as Gayle. I bought Midland radios at Dick's Sporting Goods in December 2016 that qualified for a $10 rebate. I never saw the rebate in the mail. I checked my rebate status online and no record could be found. I called the "help" line and happened to talk to Isha as well. She told me that she could find no record of my rebate. She also said that it was too late to resubmit. The rebate is small, so it's not that big of a deal if I don't receive it, but this situation does make me unhappy with Midland.
Hi Gayle, the rebate promotion you posted to ended May 2 2016 and was exclusively for radios purchased our site at Buy Two Way Radios. If your radios were purchased from another retailer participating in a separate promotion, you will need to contact that retailer or the manufacturer directly.
Please understand this promotion was a manufacturer rebate and not ours. We merely passed this promotion on to our customers. If there is an issue with the rebate, you may need to contact Midland for resolution.
I sent in all info on Dec. 31st fo the rebate onr the Walkie Talkie's from Dunham's Sports.
I never did receive the $10.00. I called and talked to Isha on March 24th and she advised me to send a copy of the info I sent in December, because she didn't show that they had ever received anything from me. I mailed the copies of all info again on March 25th. I still have not received a tracking number or any correspondence in regards to this and have not received the rebate.
I am wondering what the problem is. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
