The Cobra 29 LX MAX Smart CB radio takes safe, easy and legal hands free communications and gives it to the professional driver! It takes the best features of the classic 29 LX and adds Bluetooth® technology plus iRadar® compatibility for a truly professional CB radio that connects with your smartphone!

The 29 LX MAX is a full-featured CB radio. It has 40 CB Channels, 10 weather channels, weather scan, emergency weather alert, instant access to information channel 19 and emergency channel 9 and a full 4 Watts of AM RF power output (the max allowed for CB). It features 40 channel scan, 10 memory channels, switchable automatic noise limiter, noise blanker, and Cobra's Rewind-SayAgain® feature so you can play back the last 10 seconds of the last communication received over the air or record a 10 second memo of your own. The built-in Radio Check Diagnostic tests RF power, antenna condition and vehicle battery voltage to keep you operating like a pro. The Cobra 29 LX MAX also includes a built-in clock/timer and alarm function with a programmable snooze, just to keep it professional.

But it's not just another CB. The 29 LX MAX is smart. Talk on your mobile smart phone directly through your CB radio using the hand mic or use the external microphone completely hands free. One-touch operation and audible caller ID keeps you compliant while talking on the road. Noise cancelling technology lets you carry on a conversation over a noisy engine or highway.

It's even smarter. The 29 LX MAX integrates with Cobra's patented iRadar® App on your mobile phone! It links you to alerts on the road, including police enforcement, speed traps, red light camera intersections and road hazards powered by a community of radar detector and dash cam users across North America! The MAX displays alerts as they are received, to keep you informed on the road.

The 29 LX MAX is equipped a four color LCD display with adjustable brightness settings for easy readability during the day and Nightwatch® illumination for a comfortable view of the panel night. it includes an SWR calibration meter and tactile controls on the console for that intuitive feel so you can keep your eyes on the road like the professional driver you are.
