The Comet GP-6 is a dual band 2m/70cm antenna with an SO-239 (UHF Female) connector for your base station two way radio. The GP-6 is a great all-around antenna combining gain and coverage area at reasonable cost for roof top installations.

Great product so far
So far I am very happy with this antenna. It was easy to assemble and install, even by myself. I have it mounted to a roof top mast and it is about 30 feet in the air. It seems to pick up all of the local repeaters well and also radios on Simplex mode. I am a newbie to ham radio so I do not have very many contacts yet, so for now the radio is pretty quiet most of the time. There are some regular people within 70 miles of me that come on air early each morning and check in with each other. They come through loud and clear. So far I am very happy with my purchase.
