Stop, You Are At The Right Place!
If you want to lean the subject matter, Gordon West is the go-to gentlemen. His text are easy to follow, specific questions are asked in various format to teach the subject, not just to memorize an answer. There are probably dozens of self study guides, most simply teach the answers by rote. If you truly want to gain knowledge, lean the subject properly, I strongly suggest you seriously consider one of if not the best source, Gordon West. By the way he does provide support, so if you have a question, he is ready to assist on a one-to-one basis.
I purchased the Gordon West extra class manual.
I prefer Gordon Wests manuals because he explains thing so well you do not have to be an electronics garu to understand him.
A must buy if studying for Extra Class License.
This book is easier to understand and prepare for the Extra Class License Exam.
A good resource for Extra Class exam prep
After I passed my General class exam last November, a test volunteer recommended this book. On her advice, I bought a copy and read it once or twice. I also did exam prep using an on-line resource. The book and the on-line resource were very helpful. I passed the Extra class exam in January.
