The holiday season is now upon us and customer satisfaction is still our top priority! We are working overtime to process your orders and respond to your calls, chats, and emails in a timely fashion. One of the most frequent requests we have received recently is "Will my order arrive before Christmas?". We have prepared this page to let you know when to expect your package to arrive.

When will my order ship?

If you place your order before 1:30PM EST and select USPS shipping (US Postal Service), your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:30PM EST will ship the next business day.

If you place your order before 5:00PM EST and select UPS shipping, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00PM EST will ship the next business day.

Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Ground and International Orders

We can not guarantee that all ground or international orders shipped from this point forward will arrive before Christmas. Ground deliveries usually take between 3-5 business days for delivery, but could take longer due to the holidays.

Ground delivery times provided by UPS are generally very reliable. Please refer to the following map for UPS's transit times for shipments from our warehouse.

US Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage Shipping

We have found that USPS ground estimates are not as reliable as UPS, however they have the advantage of delivering on Saturdays. Refer to the USPS website and their Holiday Shipping Guide for shipping cutoffs. To help with the transit calculator on their website, our packages will ship from the 29730 zip code.

We offer Overnight, 2-Day and Three Day shipping services from UPS. Refer to the chart below to find out what day you can expect your shipment to arrive for each service.

US Postal Service (USPS) Express Shipping Holiday Dates

The USPS Priority Mail service will deliver packages within 2-3 days. If you are in a two-day delivery area, the final shipping day for packages to arrive before Christmas is December 20. If you are in a three-day delivery area, the final shipping day for Christmas delivery is December 19.

The USPS Priority Mail Express service will deliver packages within 1-2 days. If you are in a one-day delivery area, the final shipping day for packages to arrive before Christmas is December 21. If you are in a two-day delivery area, the final shipping day for Christmas delivery is December 20.

NOTE: On Wednesday 12/25 and Wednesday 1/1, UPS and USPS will be closed in observance of Christmas Day and New Years Day.
