Great for connecting it to my "ops mic" or "speaker mic" or "biscuit" or whatever you want to call it. Lets me go from working and doing stage audio where I need to hear out of both ears with no blockage to discrete show mode by simply plugging in a cable. It is quite comfortable too, and I usually use custom molded ear plugs on shows. It is interchangeable with Impact's other products, which means if you mold one, you can use it for all of your pieces. My only disappointment is my fault, I accidentally ordered it with an L shape instead of a straight connector. Still works.
