The Lido Radio LM-300-1000EXP is a vehicle seat bolt mount with a microphone holder for mobile radio remote control heads and handheld two way radios. It can be used to mount your portable handheld radio or the remote head for your mobile radio for greater accessibility instead of mounting it in the dash.
Note: the adapter plate supplied by Lido attaches to the remote head bracket offered by the manufacturer of your transceiver. The remote head bracket that comes with the extension kit offered by the manufacturer of your transceiver is not included.

Worked out great
I was having a hard time finding a place to mount the head unit from my Icom ID 5100 in my Kia Sportage. There really wasn’t much room and I didn’t want to block the radio or have it in front of the airbags. This was the best solution.
Pretty good
Being a generic mount, it expects to be mounted with a vertical bolt but mine on a Ram 1500 was a nearly vertical mount but I got it to work. The semi-flexable shaft needed some muscle to get it oriented, but it still has some wobble because it was fairly long. Overall it worked pretty good for my ICOM ID-1500a.
