With 22 FRS channels, 121 privacy codes, 11 NOAA weather channels and weather alerts, the T402 is ready for your next trail hike, camping trip or simple stroll through your back yard.
The Talkabout T402 is a powerful handheld, providing up to 35 miles of range in ideal conditions (typically up to 2 miles in urban conditions). It features hands-free iVox functionality, Quiet Talk filter, channel scan and a built-in LED flashlight to help you find your way in the dark.
The T402 is also equipped with dual power options. It operates on a NiMH rechargeable battery pack or 3 standard non-rechargeable AA alkalines for greater versatility. It also has a micro-USB charging port so you can charge the radio directly as needed.
The Motorola Talkabout T402 comes with two Motorola T402 two way radios, two belt clips, Y cable charging adapter with two micro-USB connectors, two NiMH rechargeable batteries, user guide and a one year manufacturer warranty.

Good for the price
Radios work well, around 1/2 mile range in city. Nice to have when traveling with 2 cars, range is better on highways. Appear to be well made!

I Also Would Recommend The Motorola GMRS / FRS T480 Series Also Which I Have & Are Another Great Set For GMRS & FRS Communications. Just Make Sure You Have A GMRS LICENSE Which Is Required Its Worth Getting For $70.00 From The FCC !!!! 10+ Stars For Both!!!!
