So far I love it!
This is my 1st day using it but I was receiving very clear signals and I got good reports on my transmit from repeaters many miles away. I was using it with a Nagoya na-771 and a Yaesu FT-60. I like it so much I am going to buy another one.

Wife is happy with the new antenna. She was not very happy with the mag-mount I was using due to the mag-mount was not mag-mounting as mag-mount should mag-mount!!!

The performance with a Nagoya NA-771 is excellent with this accessory. Once i figured out what adapters I needed to connect the cable to my Baofeng UV-5R, the install was very easy.
Great Mount - Fragile BNC Connector
The mount works very well but the BNC connector is very fragile.
Nagoya Antenna Window Clip Mount
Great window mount, just what I needed to hook up my HT to an external antenna. Fits on my back window and the cable is long enough to reach to the HT in a cup holder. Will use this until I install a fixed antenna and then will keep it as a emergency unit.
Works GREAT with a HALF-WAVE antenna
Since you'll get no ground plane on the side of the window, make sure you use a half-wave antenna (which requires no ground plane). I used a Nagoya 771g (GMRS) and I get great reviews on the air. I had to use two adapters to make it fit to the radio (SMA female to SMA female) and the antenna (SMA male to SMA male). I'm ordering another Nagoya 771g (this time with an SMA male fitting so that'll only require the adapter at the radio. Very low profile and easy to take off and hide in the car at the car wash. The versatility is also good. Just unscrew antenna from mount and back on to your HT and your mobile (on foot). 73 to all.
