Icom IP100H Two Way Radio For Wireless Networks (WiFi)

This amazingly powerful yet compact and lightweight IP based radio works over an existing wireless LAN (WLAN) or an IP network to provide full duplex communications between groups, floors, buildings, and geographic locations within your business or organization, all without license fees or call charges!

Easy to set up, easy to maintain and easy to use, the Icom IP100H can operate freely within a standardized wireless network and is scalable to your needs. It uses the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n standard for IP network communications and incorporates WPA-PSK and WPA-PSK2 wireless security protocols for secure encrypted calls. Multiple users can transmit simultaneously, and when using a headset users can talk in full duplex, just like on a regular telephone!

The Icom IP100H features an LCD function display, a built-in 400mW speaker for reliable sound quality and a vibrate function for incoming calls when quieter discretion is needed. The IP100H also includes VOX for hands-free operation.

The external antenna is only "3 in length and is removable. The IP100H also has a built-in internal antenna, and can be used without the external antenna when operating in a wireless network with good coverage (coverage is reduced when the internal antenna is used). The IP100H can operate for up to 20 hours on the BP-271 Li-Ion battery pack, which can be charged within 2 hours using the optional BC-202IP2 desktop charger (sold separately). The Icom IP100H is also IPX7 waterproof and is submersible in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes!
