AlertTech EA-200-HD Easy Assist Weatherproof Paging Call Box

Increase the efficiency of on site customer service with the EasyAssist 200 HD Call Box by AlertTech! The EA-200-HD is a weatherproof, fully customizable outdoor call box that transmits a pre-recorded voice message to your two way radio when a customer presses the button for assistance.

The EA-200-HD features an attractive call button that glows when a call is active and keeps glowing until it is pressed again to close the call. It transmits on 450 – 470 Mhz user selectable frequencies with CTCSS and DCS full spectrum encoding. The EA 200 HD works with most business radios, including Motorola™, and has a discreet internal antenna for up to 100,000 sq/ft coverage or about .6 mile range.

The EA-200-HD is easy to configure. Create a customized local message up to 10 seconds in length, such as “Someone will be with you shortly” and a 10 second customized radio message, such as “Assistance needed at the back door”. Your customized message repeats until the message button is pressed again to end the alert, and can be programmed with custom delays and durations. You can also add a customizable auxiliary radio message that can be triggered as needed. It even has a customizable low battery message.

The EasyAssist EA200 HD has a menu driven LCD programming screen, with push-to-talk and release-to-listen operation. You can program directly from the call box or connect an optional cable to program it through a PC. The interface is lockable to prevent tampering.

The EA200HD is also easy to install. It can be mounted on a wall with optional heavy duty wall mounting brackets mounted on a post or pole (straps not included).

The EasyAssist 200-HD is packaged in a water resistant, heavy duty poly carbonate enclosure designed to be durable. It can be powered internally by 3 C alkaline batteries (included) that can last up to one year at 10 uses per day. An optional AC adapter is also available.
