    Taylor suggested using this cable to program our Vertex 264 radios. We di so on our Windows 10 computers. It takes a minute for your system to find the chip in the cable but once that occurs it works well and we were able to program our radios. Should it not work there are able suggestion on the net to look at the USB devices in your system and make any needed adjustments. Taylor is very helpful.

    I have a large property and the two-way radios work better than expected. The 3 mile radius definitely works. The employees are now able to respond quickly instead of using a cell phone that sometimes does not work.

    UNLIKE soooo many products I have purchased recently, THIS one WORKS right out of the box! "PAINLESS" is a perfect descriptor for this item. I have one for My Yeasu and one for my Bao-Feng Radio. BOTH truly ARE Painless.
