I purchased 2 of these to use while hunting with my Motorola talkabout MR355R radios. My main goal was to have a mic and PPT clipped outside my jacket, while the radio and ear piece were worn inside the jacket (radio) and/or under a face mask (ear piece). The 2013 Wisconsin opener was bitter cold. And I found in past years that keeping the radio warm saves my battery life tons. I am really glad I had my radio inside my jacket that's for sure. Some say that "you don't get good range that way". We normally hunt close to each other so I was not looking for getting the most distance out of my radios anyway. I must say it worked very well. The plastic ear hook and ear bud was very comfortable to wear. 85% of the time I forgot I was even wearing it. The only down side I found was the mic would not pick up a soft whisper (deer was in close didn't want to spook it). However it did pick up a light talk and that seemed to do the trick. It just wasn't as quiet as I'm use too being. I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to trying them out again for other hobbies.

I have already had to use electrical tape to tape the cord in 3 different places and I haven't even had this for a week. I have not contacted customer service, but they are always good to make things right.
