Works, for a while.
I use this in Security but it did not last long, less than 2 months. The quick disconnect part went bad and did not transfer sound reliably to the ear piece. It's good if you don't NEED to hear that radio chatter. The wire is too short and the PTT button box has the wires coming out of each end. Also none of the ear pieces are comfortable, especially the semi-molded ones.
This is a very good low cost product
I use this product as a part of my part time security duty. As noted in another review, it is not intended for full time heavy duty due to reliability. You do need to clean the ear piece occasionally and it will perform well (takes two minutes with compressed air). I have no complaints with this especially for the price. Our entire security team uses this line of product and have had few issues.
Comfortable!
We use these daily in our office to allow communication without having to go find the person we need to speak to. It increases productivity. I specifically like this earpiece because it is softer than most and does not make my ear sore. There are a lot of clips on the cord (3 though only 2 would be needed for my use).
