Love this with my MD-380. Adapted needed!
I was using the standard rubber duck antenna inside my car on a portable radio. This only worked OK as you'd expect. Putting the antenna outside on my roof has dramatically improved my ability to hear and be heard. Looks great and works very well paired with my MD-380 DMR portable. You will need an adapter to connect this antenna to your MD-380 as the 380 needs a SMA MALE and the antenna comes with a PL-259 MALE. Either purchase an adapter or a pigtail cable with the correct adapters if you need a little extra cable length.
