Cobra 148 GTL SSB CB Radio
Good News! Cobra has brought back the original Cobra 148 GTL CB radio with a few modern touchups. It’s back with 80 SSB channels (in addition to 40 standard CB channels), a front microphone connector, dual conversion AM receiver, and PA capability. The 148GTL PA setup provides four watts into the external speaker, which has eight ohms of resistance. It also comes with an impressive 300-2500 Hz frequency response and an automatic noise limiter. Along with a simple control panel, the 148 GTL has an illuminated meter to make it easy to read even in the dark. This product has benefited from the test of time and from modern-day technology. Bottom line, this is a great CB radio, one of the best you can buy.
The Cobra 148 GTL CB radio has twelve watts power SSB RF output, which increases the SSB range. The microphone connector is of a four-pin design and the whole connection is designed to maximize space. Along with all that, this model has a dual conversion AM receiver with maximum frequency response and controls designed to be easy to use even when you aren’t looking at them. This new Cobra 148 GTL is a durable CB radio that has exceptional performance. It was first introduced years ago and was a very popular CB radio with truckers, but was later discontinued by Cobra. However, due to popular demand, that they have now been reintroduced.
