It features 121 CTCSS and DCS codes, 10 selectable call alert tones, weather alert, VibrAlert® silent paging, Bluetooth® technology, and hands-free VOX operation. It has front panel push buttons, a backlit LCD screen, and a built-in LED flashlight. It also features Channel scan, privacy code scan, and maximum range extender. The PR562BLT is IPX2 water resistant and is a lead free product.

The Cobra PR562BLT operates on 3 AA alkaline batteries or rechargeable batteries and three rechargeable batteries are included. It can be charged in the included drop-in desktop cradle or via the built-in Micro-USB charging port so you can charge it on the go with any standard Micro-USB charger.
