Icom F200 Compact UHF Business Two Way Radio

It's here! Introducing the Icom F200, their smallest portable radio for business! The F200 is an extremely compact, pocket-sized two way radio that is easy to carry and easy to use, yet with the power, features and ruggedness required for everyday operation in a variety of industry applications. At only 5.5 ounces, the F200 provides 16 channels on 450-470MHz UHF frequencies with up to 15 hours of operation at 2 watts of transmit power, for up to 250,000 square feet of coverage within a building under optimal conditions.

Icom designed the F200 to fit in the palm of your hand with an elegant and smart design that is somewhat unique for a business radio. It combines user-friendly operability with a new front panel layout, 2 programmable keys and an easy-to-read, four-digit screen display for simple operation.

The F200 is small, but capable. It's equipped with a 600 mW internal speaker for loud, optimal audio. The built-in audio jack connects a variety of headsets, microphones and earphone-microphones for use in various work situations. The built-in VOX function provides convenient hands-free operation with optional audio accessories such as the HS-94, HS-95, HS-97 and OPC-2006LS, for more private use or in high noise environments.

Charging the lithium-ion battery in the IC-F200 is easy, thanks to the USB-C charging port built right into the radio itself. It can also be chaged with the optional BC-246 battery charger, or the entire radio can be charged using the drop-in desktop charging cradle. The BP-304A 2350 mAh Lithium-Ion battery is capable of up to 15-hours of operation for continuous use during long day and night work shifts. The BP-304A can be fully charged with the BC-262 in approximately 5 hours.

You might think such a small radio couldn't be durable, but this is the Icom IC-F200. It's not only IP54 dust and water resistant, it's also built to MIL-STD 810 C/D/E/F/G standards. With its light weight and rugged polycarbonate case, the F200 is small, but tough.
