The next generation of IDAS™ is here! Meet the Icom F52DUL / F62DUL Intrinsically Safe Compact Waterproof Digital Two Way Radio! The F52DUL/F62DUL takes the IC-F50D/IC-60D series of digital radios and hardens it for use in potentially dangerous environments.

The IC-F52DUL / IC-F62DUL is available in UHF or VHF versions with 512 channels and 128 zones. It operates in NXDN digital or legacy analog modes and is capable of analog and digital mixed mode operation for cross compatibility between new and existing fleets. It is equipped with backlit, 14 character dot-matrix LCD display with status icons, a 20-position rotary channel selector, on/off volume knob, and programmable buttons for easy user operation. Built-in Bluetooth®, voice recording, VOX, and active noise cancelling functions adds even greater accessibility and convenience, especially when operating in the field.

The F52DUL / F62DUL also features low level encryption voice scrambler in digital mode, an inversion voice scrambler in analog mode, power on password, man down function, lone worker function, emergency call key and motion/stationary detection for greater security and worker safety.

The features don't end there. The F52DUL / F62DUL includes individual, group and all call, voice announcement, active noise canceller, audio equalizer, compander (analog mode only), programmable vibration alert, short data messages, and transparent data mode.

The F52DUL / F62DUL is also tough, rated MIL-STD-810 G for shock, vibration, temperature and more. It's rated IP67 for waterproof & dust protection. And it's intrinsically safe for use in volatile environments! Plus, it's all in a 29 mm (1.1 inch) compact handheld that's easy to hold, and easy to carry.

The Icom IC-F52DUL/F62DUL comes with battery pack, belt clip, and user manual. The antenna and charger are sold separately.
