Crystal clear sound
In a noisy environment like the factory I work in the ear piece acts as an earplug when there is no call, and is easy to hear the person on the other end when I need to.
Poor clarity
I purchased this earpiece to replace a cumbersome one I wear in my retail management job. Although less cumbersome, this earpiece does not receive transmissions clearly nor does it project my voice clearly to others. Unfortunately, this item now lives in my desk drawer as it is of no use to me if I cannot clearly communicate to others.
Fantastic
It worked very well the last few days outdoors at a motorcross racing facilities. It takes a little bit to get used to having something around your neck, but I believe the benefit of how well the microphone works out-ways the discomfort. I also felt like I did not need to yell into a radio in order for someone to hear me.
