Messi & Paoloni EVO 7mm PL259
Fantastic connector! No crimping required, just prep the cable, put the connector parts on, solder the center conductor and assemble. It is waterproof. This is the same style connector I worked with in the USAF in the 70s for navigation and radar applications.
Miles ahead of everything else
I ordered some ultra-flex 7 and thought I would skimp on the connectors and use some I had on hand. They ended up being too small thankfully so I ordered these and they are by far the best quality connectors I've used. Was also surprised at how easy they are to put on. The coax and the antenna is absolutely the most important part of your setup. Putting sub-par connectors on your quality coax is the equivalent of taking your Ferrari to jiffy lube to save on the cost.

Works exactly as needed
The M&P connectors worked great on the 7MM Flex cable I used to make jumpers for my shack. A lot easier to use than the older PL-259 style of connectors.
