The T31VP is an X-Talker Series two way radio with 22 FRS channels, built-in NOAA weather channels, weather alert, 38 privacy codes, and a maximum range of up to 26 miles in optimal conditions (typically less than .5 mile in urban conditions). Built-in e-Vox voice activation provides hands free operation when needed and dual power options allow you to use rechargeable batteries (included) or 3 “AAA” alkaline batteries (not included) as you need.

It’s a good walkie talkie
I’ve used my midland walkie talkie and it does good the whole way around my neighborhood and around my house so yea it’s a walkie talkie handheld radio it’s a pretty strong radio for the price your asking for it’s stronger then any other walkie talkie that I ever owned and it can pick up stores frequency’s like Walmart and sams club and many more :) ????
