LOVE THIS EARBUD
I use this headset at work. The ones they provide slip over the ear and my ears are small so it fell off all the time. I purchased this earbud with my own money and I love it. Actually one of the managers has purchased one now. It is just so much more convenient in the aspect of having the bud right IN the ear for clearer reception and also the flexibility of the loose microphone - not being in a fixed spot. Love it!
