The XLT DR100-KW1 is a very stable earpiece with an around-the-ear "D" ring style loop to hold the earpiece comfortably in place. The earpiece rests against the outside of the ear, making the DR100 less intrusive than some other styles. This model is a great choice when several people will be sharing an earpiece.

I use this with the radios at the museum where I volunteer. I like the earpiece arrangement on this model better than the ones that go in the ear. I have sent this website link to several other friends who work at the museum.
