Great customer service
I sent my mobile duplexer in to be tuned. There was an issue during the tuning process, but when I brought it to their attention, the customer service was excellent and they promptly issued me a full refund. I would happily do business with them again.

My duplexer out of my GR1225 needed tuning, seems to be performing better than before. They sealed the tuners to prevent movement. I would recommed you put a label or sticker on the duplexer with the frequencies.

I sent my duplexer in for tuning and testing. Turn around time was very fast... one day! Duplexer works great and it didn't! excellent service! The only thing I would recommend for this service is adding a sticker or receipt of some sort confirming the work done. Again this duplexer was unusable the way it was came back fixed! I highly recommend this service!

I assume it’s tuned correctly
There is zero indication it was tuned. Most tuned duplexers come with a sticker on them showing the tuned frequencies. Mine arrived with zero markings other than the factory stickers

This review is for tuning my duplexer from BTWR. It is a replacement for a cheap Chinese duplexer that failed. Insertion loss is excellent. I have 50 watts coming out of the repeater and now have a clean 42 watts going to the antenna. Would not hesitate to buy another if needed.
