Excellent replacement antenna for a scanner
An old scanner made by Radio Shack (Pro-82) was given to me and needed an antenna. I saw the jobcom ritron on Buy Two Way Radios and purchased it. Hoe Lee Cow! That antenna pulled in some frequencies that I had no idea an old handheld scanner could.
I am well pleased with it.
ETA: My brother in law brought his Bearcat 325P2 handheld to me to program. On a whim we tried the jobcom ritron antenna on it. Even though it is a VHF/UHF antenna, it pulled in Palmetto 800 talk groups like they were outside transmitting. I think he is going to order one for his scanner, too!
