Terrible
Cable is perfect, but the software is a joke compared to Wouxun's. I deleted it minutes after installation and don't recommend this item at all. I'd ask for a refund, but the DVD sleeve (that doesn't even have a disk) has a notice that proudly proclaims "no returns" after opening....bear in mind, I've returned like one item in the last five years.

Works
Wry basic program that only works on windows. It absolutely makes programming channels easier and naming them. I would give it more stars if the most basic of software would be Apple compatible.
Programming cable
The software was very easy to register and I was able to upload the radio info updated and load it back to the radio. With windows 10
Really a good product
I found the software easy to use. It was so much better than doing it manually. I'm not tech savvy and I'm also new to GMRS radio. I would recommend this product to people that are new to GMRS radio.
