Rugged adapter. Excellent product.
I got this product as recommended by a sales representative after the Nagoya mag mount base fell apart, due to a poor glue job and weak magnet. Definitely get the TRAM NMO adapter with TRAM mag mount and avoid the Nagoya mag base. I still have Nagoya whip (which never had an issue), and am using that with the TRAM base and this adapter. I am very happy with this TRAM NMO adapter.
