Bought with the battery
Would be nice if they included the belt clip with the battery, but since they don't, I'm glad they offered it at a low price.

You may want this if you order a backup batter for your 380.
New batteries don't come with a belt clip, so if you order a second battery for your MD-380 you'll probably want one of these to go with it. The included screws are too long, so don't attempt to screw them in entirely or you may damage the radio's case. Even with the longer screws, the clip can be securely mounted to the battery.
I would buy this product again.
It was easier to install than the original, and is a perfect fit.
