would not go into pairing mode right from the box
mic would not go into pairing mode and after contacting support requested an rma to return it. I received a number but was informed that they would have to verify the problem before replacing it. With all the delay of the initial shipping time and now the delay in them receiving it, troubleshooting and possibly returning the defective product it will take in excess of a month or more. I'm not happy with the delay or accepting my word that it doesn't work. I probably won't purchase anything else from them......
Works fine
The mic has good audio transmit. The speaker is good but could be improved.
Terrible sound, constantly goes mute
Just inches away from the handheld the sound is electronically distorted and choppy. After just a few minutes it will go entirely mute even though you are receiving a strong signal on the handheld. The only way to get it to work again is turn it off and back on. It's garbage, basically unusable.
