Above expectations
Tested on Wouxun and Baofeng and both was able hit repeater 20+ miles away from inside 2nd floor apartment standing away from closest window. Tested swr 1.01.. WOW
Awesome!
I was in the market for a stubby antenna, but was very disappointed by the performance of virtually all of them (don't want to list). So I got a couple of ANO-055's just to try. Oh boy, was I impressed! These antennas are NOT A TOY! They work great! Very good SWR on UHF, including 70 cm and GMRS. I was able to hit repeaters from miles away, much further than I could imagine for such a little thing.
