Wouxun 2600mAh USB-C Battery Pack for KG-905G/KG-935G/KG-UV8H/KG-UVN1

I bought 2 with the convenience of only using USB to charge while travelling. After 8 months one stopped charging via USB, though it charged with the desk charger. I contacted Buy Two Way Radios and they were nice enough to send out a replacement. I can't say enough good about their quick response and replacement even though just out of warranty. This sort of thing will keep me coming back.

It works as it should in my KG-935G. Charges in the cradle charger, and the USB C option is great to have when you are away from the house. I can charge it in my car or from my laptop using a USB-C cable.

I am happy that I am able to used the new 2600 mAh battery in my KG-935G handheld radio because when this radio first came out it did not have the USB C option for charging, however the only thing I was disappointed with is the fact that the new battery is only a 2600 mAh whereas the original batter is a 3200 mAh battery. To bad I was not able to get the USB C option in the 3200 mAh battery.

Great to have USB-C charging when mobile. Works great on 905 and 935 radios.

I'm glad I was able to pick this up for my kg 935 G it is very nice to be able to use the same charger that my cell phone uses when I'm out and about and my battery gets low. The little bit of lost runtime with the smaller battery is definitely worth it

I recently purchased the KG935+. It came packed with this battery and I am very pleased with it. My cell phone, a Galaxy by SamSung, uses the USB-C connector for its charger. As I always have a charger and cord on me for this phone, I also always have the means to keep any radio that I have one of these batteries on, even if I found myself out of town unexpectedly for an extended stay, in the hospital, or other place you might not normally have a charger with you.

Being a 2600 mAh battery, of course it does not last as long between charges as the 3200 mAh battery, but always having the means to recharge it, no matter where, really offsets having the lower capacity. These batteries work on the KG905G, KG935G, KG935G+, and possibly other models. Even if I had not purchased a KG935G+, I would want one for my original 935G just for the convenience and versatility.

This battery has an almost invisible dual color LED on its back near the USB-C connector. When power from a USB-C cord and charger are connected, THE LED then glows red and is quite visible. When it is fully charged, it glows green and may be disconnected.

I would recommend getting one for your 905 or 935.
