Purchased this battery eliminator for a KG-805. Does what it's supposed to do--powers the radio through a 12v lighter plug.

I not ready to mount a 50 watt GMRS in the Jeep yet so wanted something to use and keep the battery fresh while biking or hiking. Just great for my setup, hope you see the value in having this as one of your accessories.

Battery eliminater
I bought 2 of these. One for me and one for son. Haven't seen son since they came. I like mine real well. Fits good, and saves my batteries. Item came well packed and very quick.

Solid and Works!
When I bought my 805Gs and 905G, I bought extra batteries and alkaline battery packs because this was not available. Too bad, this is what I really wanted. The feel pretty solid and work fine. Perhaps a longer cord would be a good update, but these stretch.
