The Wouxun HEO-023 is a light and flexible earpiece with a waterproof connector for Q and S Series waterproof radios. It has an around-the-ear "C" ring style loop to hold the earpiece comfortably in place. The earpiece rests against the outside of the ear and is reversible to work in either the left or right ear. The heavy duty Kenwood style (K1) connector is especially designed for protection against dust and water ingress. Works with Wouxun KG-Q10H, KG-S72C, KG-S74A, KG-S84B, KG-S86B and KG-S88G waterproof two way radios.

It'll Do (for the moment)
I just received this earpiece today for my KG-S88G. No instructions were included. It took me awhile to figure out that I had to tighten the screws securing the jack to the radio for the PTT feature to work. Once I did that, I was able to successfully complete a function check. My main concern with this earpiece is its ability to stay in my ear when moving more aggressively than just a stroll. I'm not impressed with the design of the earpiece given how many earbuds/earpieces are on the market whose successful designs could have been emulated.
Bad Sound Quality
I atempted to use this earpiece while working a public service event last weekend. I could not make out received transmissions clearly. I could make out maybe every 4th word or so - not enough so I could understand what was being said. I had to switch over to my backup radio (both are Wouxun KG-Q20H) which had no attachments.
