The XLT DR100-ML1 is a very stable earpiece with an around-the-ear "D" ring style loop to hold the earpiece comfortably in place. The earpiece rests against the outside of the ear, making the DR100 less intrusive than some other styles. This model is a great choice when several people will be sharing an earpiece.

Does not last long review by One of the Docs on 12/8/2011Used in medical office to comunicate between MD & Staff & "staff to staff". The PTT button stopped working on two of the sets up to now after a couple of months of "light to moderate" talking. We are a medical office. We don't run a "chatroom". We use only as needed.

We use the product in a dental office for communication between employees. The earpiece worked for a while, but employees complained that it was uncomfortable with safety glasses. PTT stopped working after 3 months.
