The XLT DR100-S6 is a very stable earpiece with an around-the-ear "D" ring style loop to hold the earpiece comfortably in place. The earpiece rests against the outside of the ear, making the DR100 less intrusive than some other styles. This model is a great choice when several people will be sharing an earpiece.

Misleading review by Md on 2/20/2013Seem great at first, sleek and professional. Then they stop transmitting and do not work with the radios after only a few weeks. The second order didn't work straight out of the box... Spend the extra money for something better.
