Works great.
I like to monitor the radio while hunting to know what my party and other parties are doing, but I don't want the unexpected noise to destroy my chance at filling my freezer. This earbud and mic seem to be built to last.
Earbuds are uncomfortable
I realize that earbuds are highly subjective, but these are pretty uncomfortable for me. I'll be wiring a connector onto the audio output to substitute off-the-shelf earbuds.
